Healthy White Chocolate Blondies! 🍫

Do you have a sweet tooth? Try these White Chocolate Blondies!🍫

These White Chocolate blondies are a great sweet treat, indulgent but not overly calorie heavy. They are great to have in the afternoon with a cup of tea and a good 'pick me up'.

Ingredients: 
(serves 16)
100g self-raising flour
50g reduced fat spread
4 medium eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 tsp Sweet Freedom sweet syrup
50g white chocolate chips
4 tbsp granulated sugar
low calorie cooking spray

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 170c. Spray an 8" square baking tin with low calorie spray and line with greaseproof paper.
2. Place all of the ingredients, apart from the White Chocolate Chips, in a large mixing bowl thoroughly.
3. Mix half of the white chocolate chips into the cake batter and pour into the baking tin.
4. Scatter over the remaining white chocolate chips and place in the oven for 17 minutes until golden and a little squiggly. Leave to cool in the tin.
5. Once cool, remove from the tin, take the greaseproof paper off the bottom and cut into 16 squares.
