As it is Core & Flex week, we thought it was only right to bring you this killer weighted abs circuit to try! Are you ready to try it out?

Gaz and Mandy have put together a mash up weighted/non weighted abs circuit which will help strengthen your core, which is great for building your strength for assessment centre. Check out the video below to see how Gaz and Mandy perform each exercise correctly.

Exercise 1: NON WEIGHTED - Windscreen Wipers
Exercise 2: WEIGHTED - Kettlebell Pull Over to Press 
Exercise 3: NON WEIGHTED - Sit Ups
Exercise 4 - WEIGHTED - Kettlebell Leg Raises
Exercise 5 - NON WEIGHTED - Spiderman Plank 
Exercise 6 - WEIGHTED - Russian Twist
Exercise 7 - NON WEIGHTED - Hollow Flutter Kicks
Exercise 8 - WEIGHTED - Plank Pull Throughs

Complete each exercise for 40 seconds with a 10 second break in between
Repeat as many times are you wish!
