Apple Crumble Custard Cups
Do you love apple crumble? Try out this healthier version which is just as scrumptious but half the calories. It' one not to be missed!

2 Apples Chopped
1 Tsp Stevia
Alpro Soya Yoghurt (vanilla)
Vanilla Protein Powder
1. Stew the apples in a saucepan with the stevia and cinnamon, add a tbsp of water if needed until soft.
2. Mix the soya yogurt with vanilla protein.
3. Toast a handful of your rolled oats/seeds or almonds with a tbsp of honey and cinnamon in the oven for 10 minutes.
4. Layer it into a glass and top with your toasted oats and seeds!
