12 Week Development Plan Introduction
Well done on getting this far, you are one step closer to joining the Army. You’ve also made a great decision to join the Army Prep platform which is here to help you return to the Assessment Centre and complete the physical assessments.
This plan lasts for 12 weeks and is designed to the build your strength and stamina to pass the physical assessments. You’ll learn how to perform the tests successfully with good technique whilst learning more about training.
So what’s in the plan?
- A series of live fitness sessions that will help you develop the necessary fitness to arrive at assessment centre ready to go.
- A weekly webinar covering topics related to fitness which will help your training progression.
- A benchmark strength programme that will help you develop the strength needed to complete the assessments.
- Return to the plan page and start your journey, remembering that everything you do now will help you get to get to back to assessment centre and fitter and stronger.
