Top Secret Sweet Potato Pizza

Serves: 8 - Prep Time: 5 minutes - Cooking Time: 35 minutes

RATIONS:

  • 4 x Round Sweet Potatoes
  • 3 x Tablespoons of oil (avocado if possible)
  • 170g of tomato pizza base sause
  • 112g Mozzarella
    Bassil/Crushed chillies to garnish (optional)

TACTICS

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC). Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Toss the sweet potato slices with
    (avocado) oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread evenly on the baking sheets, leaving about 1 inch between slices.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, flip and bake for 10
    for minutes more, or until golden brown.
  • Top each slice with roughly a tablespoon of pizza sauce and a sprinkle of cheese.
  • Bake for another 3–5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  • Top with fresh basil and crushed red pepper, if desired, and serve.

Energy Bombs

Serves: 24 Balls - Prep Time: 10 minutes - Cooking Time: 0

RATIONS:

  • 240g Rolled Oats
  • 48g Protein Powder (Vanilla)
  • 250g Peanut Butter
  • 8 x Tablespoons of Syrup
  • 42g Chocolate Chips (Optional)

TACTICS

  • Mix oats with protein powder in a large bowl until combined.
  • Add peanut butter and syrup and mix well.
  • Fold through your mix-ins of choice.
  • Using a tablespoon, add milk of choice, one tablespoon at a time, until a thick dough remains.
  • Lightly wet your hands (or spray them with cooking spray).
  • Form 20-24 small balls of dough.
    Place on a plate and refrigerate until firm.

Military Muffins

Serves: 6 muffins - Prep Time: 10 minutes - Cooking Time: 25 minutes

RATIONS:

  • 6 Medium Eggs
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 2 Bacon Medallions
  • ½ Onion
  • ½ Red Bell Pepper
  • 50g Feta Cheese

TACTICS

  • Pre-heat oven to 200˚C
    Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl, add pepper and whisk.
  • Grill the bacon on both sides until cooked, then cut into pieces.
    Chop up the onion and red bell pepper.
  • Evenly distribute the onion, pepper and bacon into a muffin tin.
    Then pour the eggs into the muffin tin, aiming for an equal amount
    for each muffin.
  • Chop up the feta and sprinkle over the egg mixture.
    Place in the pre-heated oven for 25mins.
